In order to strengthen the awareness of the red line, implement safe production, adhere to the combination of prevention and rescue, in June 2021, HOLTOP carried out in-depth “Safety Production Month” activities, with the theme of “Implementing Safety Responsibilities and Promoting Safety Development” to achieve the goal of safety management of all staffs and the whole production process.
1. Create a good safe production environment
Propaganda is carried out by organising mobilisation meetings, hanging propaganda banners, and Led display screens. Enhance employees’ awareness of production safety, improve safety quality, and create a good safety production environment.
2. Video learning safety knowledge
The video courses show solid theory, lively cases, and meticulous logic. They explain in detail the safety management and risk prevention in the production process. Employees receive safety knowledge training through various methods such as centralised viewing and decentralised learning.
3. Organise safety lectures
The safety lectures have both theoretical height and practical depth. In particular, each of the real cases and lessons has sounded a deep alarm for the trainers.
4. Find gaps on site
Look at the scene, learn from experience, find gaps, and implement them. The production workshops learn the experience of safe production from each other. The atmosphere of comparing, learning, catching up, and surpassing affects every employee, and actively build a safe production firewall.
5. Joint security cross inspection
Managers and deputy managers of each production and operation department led a team to work with workshop directors and supervisors to form 4 inspection teams to cross-check their respective areas without leaving blind spots, comprehensively investigate potential safety hazards, eliminate risks, and contain accidents in the bud.
Through the “Safety Production Month” activity, all employees firmly establish the concept of safe production, strengthen source governance, prevent major risks, eliminate potential safety hazards in a timely manner, and effectively contain safety accidents.
