Menyuan National Fitness Center and the Intangible Cultural Performance Center
On March 23, 2020, HOLTOP signed contract for the Menyuan National Fitness Center and the Intangible Cultural Performance Center, to supply a total of 16 heat recovery air handling units and direct expansion air handling units. This is the fourth Million Yuan contract in 2020.
Project introductions
Menyuan County National Fitness Center and Intangible Cultural Performance Center are located in Menyuan County. The total construction area is 25,300 square meters. Above ground are functional areas such as exhibitions, theaters, rehearsals, and gymnasiums. Underground are garages, exhibitions, theaters, sports and equipment rooms. This project is a key financial support project of Qinghai Province, and plays an important role in achieving Qinghai’s “East in and West Out” opening strategy and connecting the Hexi Corridor.
Hangzhou Normal University Affiliated Experimental School West District Project
On March 25, 2020, HOLTOP successfully signed contract wiht the west district project of the Experimental School Affiliated to Hangzhou Normal University. The contract involved the rotary heat recovery air handling units and the direct expansion air handling units. It is the fifth million-level contract in 2020.

Hangzhou Normal University Affiliated Experimental School West District Project is located on Wenyi West Road, Yuhang Street, Yuhang District. It will be a high school, dormitory, and international exchange center. HOLTOP will once again provide equipment for Hangzhou Normal University to provide comfortable and healthy study and living environment.
Hangzhou Dajiangdong Smart Valley Project
On March 26, 2020, HOLTOP successfully signed a contract for the Hangzhou Dajiangdong Smart Valley Project, which includes direct expansion air handling units and total heat exchangers. This is the sixth million-level contract in 2020.

Hangzhou Dajiangdong Smart Valley Project is located in the core area of Hangzhou Dajiangdong Industrial Agglomeration Area, with a total construction area of approximately 310,000 square meters. It is one of Dajiangdong’s iconic “Three Valleys” projects. The project consists of 22 single building units, including 5 high-rise office buildings, 15 multi-storey office buildings, 1 high-rise hotel building, and 1 super-high-rise office building. It provides sufficient human resources guarantee for Linjiang University Town and makes the development of the entire Greater Jiangdong more comprehensive.
Langjiu Liquor Headquarters Office Building Project
On March 27, 2020, HOLTOP successfully signed contract for the Langjiu Liquor headquarters office building project, to supply total 8 sets of direct expansion air handling unit machines. This is the seventh million-level contract in 2020.

The Langjiu Group office building construction project is located in Erlang Town, Gulin County, Quzhou City. The project has a construction area of 48,000 square meters, leaning against Tianbao Peak and facing Chishui River. It is the landmark of Langjiu Liquor. It consists of office building, conference center, exhibition center, multi-purpose hall, semi-underground garage and terrace square. It is an important part of Langjiu’s expansion of corporate culture, creation of ecological factories, and construction of Langjiu Manor.
New Business Office Building Project of Jiangsu Taixing Rural Commercial Bank
On March 30, 2020, HOLTOP successfully signed a contract for a new business office building project of Jiangsu Taixing Rural Commercial Bank, to supply total 8 sets of condensing heat recovery air handling units and direct expansion heat recovery air handling units.

The newly-built office building of Jiangsu Taixing Rural Commercial Bank is located in Taixing, Jiangsu Province, with a total construction area of approximately 40,000 square meters. The office building integrates functions such as comprehensive business and logistics services. The layout is reasonable, the facilities are complete, the environment is elegant, and the architecture is novel. It contributes to the “happiness city” that promotes the coordinated development of Taixing urban and rural areas with beautiful and comfortable living environment.
